The Premier Lift Group is seeking to recruit a talented and proven Project Manager for our Kent office. This individual will have a strong technical understanding of both lift and construction industries, and report to our Head of Operations. They will be experienced at working on high-value projects and blue chip clients within the commercial and private residential sector.
The Project Manager will manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders, both on and off the project site. They will have a commitment to excellence and will be comfortable working to the highest industry standards. They will engage on a daily basis with high net worth individuals, leading architects and designers. They will work alongside the mechanical and electrical Design Managers to deliver projects on multiple sites.
The Project Manager provides a vital interface to the customer and their representatives as well as retaining accountability for delivery of each project to budget and programme. The Project Manager will also be accountable for the overall financial completion of the projects and as such will be required to forecast and provide reports accordingly.
The Project Manager is responsible for directing and supervising an extensive portfolio of projects within London and the home counties area, extending into the Midlands as required from sales handover to final project handover to the client, and so some travel is required. This person will also be responsible for planning and organising the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the sites. The role will require attending operations meetings monthly in our Cheshire office.
