This elite address in the heart of Mayfair required an access solution not yet seen in the UK! Premier had the remit to provide the client with access to their newly formed roof terrace without eating into the small footprint available.The requirement was two fold in that the planners would not accept a permanent structure to house the lift on the roof terrace and also space was at a premium. Working with the architect we provided a passenger lift serving all 8 floors with the lift travelling through a powered glazed access hatch to serve the roof terrace. Truly a first of its kind here in the UK!
